      <title>spinach salad</title>
      <description>2 bunches of spinach
1 onion (finely chopped)
1/2 green paper
white pepper
500g sweetcorn
2 tuna in vegetable oil
mayonnaise
salt to taste
2 tsps oil

cut spinach finely, wash with a pinch of salt and put ina pot with water and bring to boil for about 15 min. add oil, salt, onions and green pepper for about 10 min. add white pepper and salt until all water has burnt.... allow to cool.... place in a bowl and add sweetcorn, tuna and mayonnaise... eat with mince lasagne</description>
