Ingredients ( 3 glasses )

  • 30-40 red grapes
  • 1 cup full cream milk (u may use low-fat milk too)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (according to ur taste)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ice cubes

Directions

  1. Wash grapes, cut into half, de-seed.
  2. Using a blender or FP, blend together grapes with milk till fine.
  3. Add yogurt, honey and ice cubes. Blend again.
  4. That's it...pour into glass and ready to drink!
