Ingredients ( 12 )

  • * 120ml fresh milk
  • * 50g eggs
  • * 300g bread flour
  • * 3 tablespoons sugar
  • * 1 teaspoon salt
  • * 60g butter
  • * 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • For fillings:-
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cans tuna
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients marked with * into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine.
  2. When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  3. Divide the dough into 12 portions. Bench time for 10 minutes
  4. Tunabread1 Roll each dough into 30-35cm length and shape into a shape as in the picture
  5. Tunabread2 Cross it until both two edges are joint as in the picture. Let it rise double.
  6. Tunabread3 Rub each of it with egg yolks. Combine tuna, onion and mayonnaise then place it on the middle of the bread
  7. Tunabread4 Bake at 180 degree for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown
