Ingredients ( 18cm )

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 200g sour cream/plain yogurt
  • 30g butter
  • *40g sugar
  • *20g sweet condensed milk
  • *20g honey
  • 2 eggs yolk
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml fresh cream
  • 50ml fresh milk
  • 25g corn starch
  • Lemon juice from half of a lemon
  • Grated lemon peel from 1/2 of a lemon
  • 10 drops vanilla essence

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Keep the cream cheese, butter and egg in a room temperature
  2. Cocoa-cookie Add the cocoa cookies into a greased pan (size 18cm) and press firmly. You can get the recipe for this cocoa cookie here
  3. Add the cream cheese and butter into a bowl and beat until creamy. Then add the ingredients marked with * and beat for 1-2 minutes more.
  4. Cheesecake2 Add in the sour cream and mix well until blended.
  5. Cheesecake3 Add in the following ingredients in the written order, egg yolk -> whole egg -> corn starch -> fresh cream -> fresh milk -> lemon juice -> grated lemon peel -> vanila. Mix well until blended.
  6. Cheesecake4 Pour the mixture into the pan that contains cocoa cookie (Don`t forget to filter out the grated lemon peel).
  7. Cheesecake5 Bake at 180c for 10 minutes. Then drop down the temperature to 150c and bake for 60 minutes. When baked, keep it cool in the pan.
  8. When it cool, remove the cake from the pan and freeze in a refrigerator for 1 day.
  9. Lemon The lemon that i`m used.
