Ingredients ( 5 )

  • 300g pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml fresh milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • Maple syrup

Directions

  1. Pumpkin-pudding1 Cut pumpkin into 2cm as in the picture. Cook with microwave for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Press the cooked pumpkin with folk.
  3. In another bowl, combine sugar and eggs and beat until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add in the pressed pumpkin into the bowl with eggs and sugar and mix well until blended. Then gradually add in fresh milk and stir slowly.
  5. Pour the mixture into pudding cups and cook with microwave for about 7-10 minutes.
  6. Before serve, pour maple syrup on the surface of pudding.
