Orange tiramisu

Ingredients ( 5-6 )
- Tiramisu cream:-
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg whites
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 100ml fresh milk
- 60g sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 5g gelatine + 3 tablespoons warm water (optional)
- Orange and the syrup:-
- 2-3 oranges
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon orange juice
- --- 1 sponge cake (size 18cm)
Directions

Prepare the orange and syrup :- Peel of the orange as in the picture

Cut the orange into few sections as in the picture

Combine orange juice and sugar with oranges and leave it for 30 minutes before use.

Prepare tiramisu cream:- Beat egg yolk and sugar until its become white. To speed up the process of beaten, you can place the bowl in a container with hot water (70-75 celcius) and beat until hot water becomes warm.

Add mascarpone cheese and vanilla essence and beat well until blended.

In another bowl, beat fresh milk and orange juice until bubble.

In another bowl, prepare the meringue, by beating 30g sugar and egg whites.

Combine the mixture in step 6 with the mixture int step 7. Add gelatine into it and mix well until blended.

Add egg whites into the bowl from step 8 with the following order. 1/3 egg whites -> stir -> 1/3 egg whites -> stir ->1/3 egg whites -> stir. Stir it slowly to avoid the bubble to be disappeared.

Cut the sponge cake into 1cm thick and place it in a container as in the picture.

Place oranges and the syrup on the surface of the sponge cake as in the picture.

Finally pour the tiramisu cream on it as in the picture

Freeze in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serve.
