Ingredients ( - )

  • 200g young vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 kettle hot water
  • 200ml vinegar
  • 70g sugar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine vinegar, sugar and salt and stir until the sugar is dissolved
  2. Boil a kettle of water
  3. Peel off the ginger and slice into as thin as possible
  4. Vinegaredginger1 Place the ginger in a container with hole as in the picture and pour 1 kettle of hot water on it.
  5. Vinegaredginger2 Immediately, add the ginger into the mixture of vinegar, sugar and salt from step 1. The ginger will turn pinkish.
  6. Pickle in marinade for few days.
