Ingredients ( 4 )

  • 1 can (15 ounces) pitted, dark sweet cherries in juice or any other canned fruit, drained*
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger or
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pint (2 cups) low-fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1 can (8 ounces) peach slices, in juice, drained*

Directions

  1. Preparation Time: Approximately 5 minutes Preparation: Purée dark cherries, ginger and cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Scoop ice cream into four bowls. Spoon cherry sauce over ice cream. Top with peach slices. * Tip: Save the drained juices to add a splash of flavor to your breakfast juice!
