Ingredients ( 12 )

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 12 (6- to 7-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 medium bananas, chopped
  • 2 large kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 6 to 8 strawberries, hulled and chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Preparation Time: Approximately 15 minutes
  2. Spread 2 teaspoons peanut butter on each tortilla. Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoon each pineapple, bananas, kiwi and strawberries. Sprinkle with coconut. Roll up tortillas.
  3. Servings: 12 Nutritional Information Per Serving: 237 calories; 9 g fat; 0 mg cholesterol; 220 mg sodium; 34 g carbohydrate; 6 g protein.
