Ingredients ( 2 )

  • 2 slices salmon
  • 2 + 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • salt and black pepper
  • corn starch / flour
  • spring onion for garnishing

Directions

  1. Salmon-butter-lemon1 Slice salmon into two and rub with corn starch or flour
  2. Salmon-butter-lemon2 Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a fry pan and place salmon into it.
  3. Salmon-butter-lemon3 When bottom of the salmon turn yellow, turn it and add one tablespoon olive oil. Add salt and black pepper. Continue fry the fish until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the salmon from the pan. Add into the pan, water, butter and lemon juice. Cook until lemon juice turn thicken.
  5. Pour the lemon sauce on the fried salmon and garnish with spring onion.
  6. Before pour the sauce on the salmon, it is better to preheat the dish into microwave then place salmon on it and pour the sauce.

yani, if i use the same ingredients 4 marinating salmon n then i just grill it instead of frying, is it possible if i do so? or do u hv any tips 4 good results? tq.
