Ingredients ( 6 )
- 6 chicken drumstick
- *3/4 cup flour
- *1/4 tapioca starch
- *2 teaspoons blackpepper powder
- *1 teaspoon salt
- *1 teaspoon chili powder
- *1 teaspoon cumin powder
- *1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
Directions
- Clean the chicken with the water and toss it.
- Combine the ingredients marked with * in a plastic bag and mix well by shaking the plastic.
- Mix fresh milk with the egg and beat well until blended. Preheat the pan.
- Take 2 to 3 chicken drumsticks and put it into the plastic bag from step 2 and shake it (to cover the chicken with the flour). Then take out from the plastic bag and soak into the mixture of fresh milk and egg. Again, put it into the plastic bag and shake it. Fry with full cooking oil until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and put it on a kitchen paper to toss the cooking oil.
- Repeat the process for the balance chicken and ready to serve.
