Directions

1. Beat the butter until creamy
2. Mix the sugar and brown sugar then gradually add into the creamy butter. Mix well
3. Beat the egg with folk about 3-4 times. Then gradually add into the mixture of sugar and butter. Mix until blended
4. Add in grated lemon peel and vanilla essence then mix well
5. Sift the flour and baking powder then add into the mixture from step 4. Add in blueberry and mix until blended
6. Put oven paper on the oven plate. Drop 1 tablespoon of the dough on the oven paper. Repeat until all dough had been dropped on the oven paper. Press each dropped dough with the spoon(Before use the spoon, don`t forget to soak the spoon`s surface in the flour).
7. Bake at 180 degree for about 10-12 minutes
