A great recipe for classic potato soup

Ingredients ( 10-15 )
- 3LB Potato
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 gallon of milk
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 2-4lb bags of cheese 1 chedder and 1 montery jack
- 6 oz of bacon pieces
- 32oz chicken broth
- 2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Bake potatos for 1 hour on 350(1 day in advance)
- Peel and Cut potatos into 3/4 inch pieces
- Bring Potatos; Chicken Broth; Celery and Salt to boil in a large pot
- pour in pepper; milk and flour; mix well
- bring to boil and stir continuously
- stir in cheese and bacon pieces and cook for 10-20 minutes
