Ingredients ( 2 )

  • 250g rib-eye steak
  • 2 pcs Washington Granny Smith apples
  • 2 pcs Washington Delicious Red apples
  • 2 pcs mango
  • 40g red pepper
  • A dash of barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Cut beef, apples and mango into strips.
  2. Fry beef till medium. Add all ingredients and stir.
  3. Season and serve.
