Ingredients ( 4 )

  • 1 squid (Big size)
  • 1/3 carrot (grated carrot)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt and water
  • vegetable oil (deep-frying)

Directions

  1. Clean the squid and cut into small size. Rinse them, and drain in a colander for 1 hour.
  2. Mix the squid with all ingredients.
  3. Deep-fry them until they turn into a nice golden color
