I have tried and tested this recipe over years and always gets a thumbs up(You can make these individual curry sauces(ie.Madras-Tikka Massala and Balti) from scratch from a book called "The curry secret"but as we are all busy,try this version.(Slow Cooker is great)

Ingredients ( 6+ )
- 2kgs Stewing Steak(Beef)
- 2 Large Onions(roughly chopped)
- 1 Large tin whole baby carrots(they absorb the curry sauce)
- 1 Large Jar Sharwoods or good brand Madras sauce
- 1 large Jar Sharwoods Tikka Massala sauce
- 1 Large Jar Sharwoods Balti sauce
- If you like Mushrooms(Chestnut are really good) They are great in this too(but I know a lot of people don't like them-So do your Homework before you have a house party!
Directions

Fry onions in a little Virgin Olive Oil,until Brown.

No need to pre-cook the meat,just put everything in a slow cooker and go to work or go shopping or take the kids or grandkids out for the day and come back to a really lovely surprise!(4 hours is Min.for this)

Serve with plain rice and fried chipped potatoes and Naan Bread,Poppadoms and Mango Chutney.
