Ingredients ( 4 )
- 4 pita bread
- 2 slices of chicken breast (Cut into small pieces)
- * 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- * salt and white pepper
- * 1 clove garlic (slices)
- * 1 cm ginger (slices)
- 1 egg
- Lettuce and tomato
- Tomato sauce and mayonnaise
- flour and cooking oil for frying
Directions

Soak the chicken pieces into the ingredients mark with * for about 30 minutes or more.

Beat the egg. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg and cover it with flour. Then fry with hot cooking oil until crispy.

Cut the pita bread. Then fill in the frying chicken, lettuce, tomato, tomato sauce and mayonnaise.

Ready to serve.
