Maw Maw's Chicky Dumplins
Delicious Crockpot Chicken N' Dumplings that can be served as a low fat option, or juiced up as a fatty extravagance company will LOVE!

Ingredients ( 4-6 )
- 4-5 Chicken Breasts (boneless)
- !/2 cup Sour Cream
- Cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium Yellow onion
- 1/4 cup vegg oil
- 1 tsp. McCormick garlic&herb seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- DUMPLINGS:
- 1 1/2 C. Flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt
Directions

Prepare whole chicken breasts, trim fat.

Cut Onion into 1/2" wedges

Combine All ingredients in crockpot, stir, and let cook at medium heat for 8 hours or until chicken pulls apart easily.

DUMPLINGS:

WHIP egg in medium bowl.

Add milk and salt.

Stir in flour slowly, until dough pulls from fork but is still very moist.

plop into a large boiling pot of water (salted) by the teaspoon. (the smaller the dumpling, the softer the center.) Boil for 15 minutes with lid tightly on.

Drain and serve with Chicken mixture.
