Ingredients ( 2-3 )

  • Frozen corn kernels 1 cup
  • Frozen peas 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 -3 tsps
  • Chilli paste to taste
  • Black pepper freshly crushed
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable Oil 2-3 tsps

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the Ginger Garlic paste and cook it for 3-4 mintues. Add some black pepper and mix it to cook more. Now add the corn and peas and stir and add more black pepper (remember its a bit spicy!) paprika powder and the peas and fry it. Finally add the water and cover it with a lid for 5-6 minutes so that the spices can be soaked into the corn n peas. Remove the lid and let the water dry and enjoy! Remember we do not use extra salt in the recipe, as the ginger garlic paste itself tends to be a little salty. You can also try mixing stir fry vegetables with corn instead of peas, it makes a great tasting bowl of veggies!
