Cream plus orange plus yogurt = delicious dessert.

Ingredients ( 4 )
- 100ml orange juice
- Ingredient A:-
- - 250g plain yogurt
- - 60g sugar
- Ingredient B:-
- - 2 Tablespoons hot water
- - 1 1/2 Teaspoons gelatine
- 100ml fresh cream / dairy whipping cream
Directions
- Mix ingredients B (Note : Add gelatine into the hot water and not hot water into the gelatine). Stir until gelatine is dissolved. Then add into orange juice.
- Mix ingredients A then add into the mixture from step 1.
- Finally add the fresh cream then mix well until blended.
- Cool in a refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours before serve.
