Ingredients ( 3-4 )
- 300g skinless, boneless chicken
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and white pepper
Directions
- Slice the chicken into small size and combine it with the salt and white pepper
- Add in the flour and mix well
- In another bowl, add the eggs and beat it for a while
- Dip the chicken (mix with black pepper and salt) into the eggs.
- Fry the chicken with olive oil until golden brown
- * Best to eat with tomato sauce or chili sauce
