Ingredients ( 4 )
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided
- 1/2 pound boneless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup peeled chopped Gala apples
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- 1/3 cup mango chutney
- 1/4 tomato paste
- Chopped fresh parsley
Directions

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a Dutch oven over medium high heat. Add chicken, and saute' 3 minutes. Remove from pan, set aside
