DELICIOUS meal using Bertolli Alfredo Sauce.

Ingredients ( 4-6 )
- 1 jar Bertolli Alfredo Sauce
- 1 tbls minced garlic
- 2 packages of baby portabellos
- 1/2 of a red onion (chopped)
- 1/2 bellpepper (chopped)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 lb med. shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 12 oz package of spaghetti noodles.
Directions

Coat bottom of skillet with olive oil. Add garlic, onions, bellpepper and red pepper flakes.

Add mushrooms and saute for 6-8 minutes.

Add the jar of Bertolli Alfredo Sauce. Add the salt, pepper and cajun seasoning. Simmer for 30 minutes.

In another bowl, add shrimp and coat with 1 tbls olive oil, fresh parsley and lemon juice.

Coat another skillet with olive oil and add the coated shrimp. Cook for 4-6 minutes. Add it directly to the pot with the sauce simmering.

At this time, cook your spaghetti noodles.

After the sauce and the shrimp have simmered for 30 minutes, add noodles and VOILA........Time To Eat!
