Mix the butter with the bread flour until it becomes like breadcrumb
Add sugar and dry yeast and stir with a spoon until well blended
Add salt, egg and fresh milk and knead until smooth
Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rise 1.5 times. When it rised, form the dough into a ball and bench time for 10 minutes
Divide the dough into 2 portions. For each portion, roll into 20x25cm (size). Place the filling on the surface of the dough
Roll each dough and slice each of it into 4 portions (each portion = around 4cm length).
Place each portion into a muffin cup and let it rise 1.5 times. Bake at 180 degree for about 15 minutes
In the meantime, prepare the icing. Add all ingredients for the icing into a bowl and beat until creamy
When the bread had been baked, put 1 tablespoon of icing on each bread. Don`t put it too much
