Ingredients ( 2 )
- 1 medium size potato
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- dry parsley
Directions
- Clean the potato and wrap it with aluminium foil. Cook with microwave until 2/3 cooked.
- Cut the cooked potato into two.
- Prick the potato with the fork. Rub the surface of potato with the butter.
- Put the mayonnaise on the potato.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and dry parsley on the potato
- Bake with oven toaster for about 5 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
