I created this recipe one night when I wanted a late night snack. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients ( 1 - 2 )
- 2 slices of Bread - Preferably Wheat or Multi-grain
- Butter - I enjoy Parkay Squeezable
- Bacos Bacon Bits
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Place bread on baking pan. Lightly spread butter on bread. Lightly sprinkle Bacos Bacon Bits onto Bread. Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese onto bread to your liking.
- Place pan into oven or toaster oven. Turn power to Broil. Watch the toast closely as it cooks. It will only take 3-5 minutes at the most for it to cook. Toast is done when cheese is melted to your liking. Enjoy!
