Corn and Peas

Quick and easy way to get some veggies inside you! I discovered it on one of my hunger spans n going veggie craze takes 10 mins to prepare

Ingredients ( 2-3 )
- Frozen corn kernels 1 cup
- Frozen peas 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic paste 2 -3 tsps
- Chilli paste to taste
- Black pepper freshly crushed
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Vegetable Oil 2-3 tsps
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan and add the Ginger Garlic paste and cook it for 3-4 mintues. Add some black pepper and mix it to cook more.
Now add the corn and peas and stir and add more black pepper (remember its a bit spicy!) paprika powder and the peas and fry it. Finally add the water and cover it with a lid for 5-6 minutes so that the spices can be soaked into the corn n peas.
Remove the lid and let the water dry and enjoy! Remember we do not use extra salt in the recipe, as the ginger garlic paste itself tends to be a little salty.
You can also try mixing stir fry vegetables with corn instead of peas, it makes a great tasting bowl of veggies!
