Ingredients ( approx- 12 )
- 1 -box of white cake mix
- Ingredients required for cake. usually includes: 3- eggs, 1/2 veg. oil, and water
- 1 can of creme de coconut drink mix ( usually found 'around the mixed drink mixes in the grocery isles.(this is NON alcohol item) it is just a mixer. But be sure NOT to get the cream of coconut that is found near the chinesse food section; cause it isnt s
- 1- tub of cool whip ( I usually get the large one)
Directions
- Bake your cake according to the box directions
- let cake cool off alittle, but to were it is alittle warm still.
- with the other end of a woodspoon or something around that size; poke holes through out the entire cake ( on the sides and such)
- open you can of cream of coconut ( may be easier to pour into an angled dish like a pyrex measuring cup, or a bendable plastic cup or better yet a funnel. pour into the cake holes.
- make sure cake is completly cooled off and top the cake with coolwhip. place in the frig to chill. And serve! and ENJOY this yummy cake!!!!
