Pitabread

a recipe use bread machine

Ingredients ( 8 )

  • 200g bread flour
  • 50g flour
  • 150g water
  • 5g sugar
  • 5g salt
  • 15g olive or cooking oil
  • 2.5g dry yeast

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine
  2. When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  3. Divide the dough into 8 portions and circle each portion. Bench time for 10 minutes
  4. Roll each portion of the dough into 13cm and let it rise for a while
  5. Bake in the oven at 230 degree for about 4 minutes
  6. * If you want to knead the dough by your hand, use warm water (about 40 degree)
